Week 1

We’ll get to know our cohort and dive into our strengths assessment to identify our unique strengths and talents and how to leverage these effectively.  

Week 2: Identifying the Problem

A problem well defined is a problem half-solved. We’ll discuss how to analyze a problem effectively from multiple viewpoints to ensure we’re focusing on the highest leverage issue.

Week 3: Office hours week 

Each participant will schedule 1:1 30 minute coaching session 

Week 4: Set a North Star

Articulate what success looks like to clarify expectations and equip others to self-monitor 

Week 5: Storytelling and Effective Comms:

Tell the story of the why and the how so that (busy) people can better understand your vision and (more importantly) care.  We’ll discuss what this looks like at launch and ongoing. 

Week 6: Make It Easy to Do the Right Thing

Reduce the wrong type of organizational friction and leverage the right kind so that folks can more easily do what they need to. 

Week 7: Office hours week

Each participant will schedule 1:1 30 minute coaching session 

Week 8: Putting it all together

Develop an action plan to move forward and get feedback from your peers.
