In this one day personalized session, we work with your Ops lead (whether it’s an Assistant Principal, Director of Ops, or Ops Manager) to plan out your Ops calendar and subsequent training-Finally, we’ll work through up to two systems to ensure that they are outcomes-driven, meet compliance needs, and remain people-centered.

This session is designed to walk new or emerging leaders of professional development through the basics of professional development. Each leader will bring a defined outcome and rough outline. This is ideal for a group of mid level leaders who are delivering PD for the first time or want to enhance their delivery skills.
